LOTSAR is partnering with NC REALTORS® and the NCR Global Committee to bring the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation course to you virtually this August.

The 5-day institute covers the fundamentals of global real estate — international capital flow, cross-border transaction strategies, marketing to international clients, and the roles and expectations involved in international deals.

Virtual Schedule (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM each day)

• Aug 3 — Global Real Estate: Local Markets (core)
• Aug 5 — Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools (core)
• Aug 7 — The Americas and International Real Estate (elective)
• Aug 10 — Europe and International Real Estate (elective)
• Aug 12 — Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate (elective)

Note: At Home With Diversity may be substituted for one elective day.
