Clay Collins, BS | NC Certified Residential Appraiser #8450

A western North Carolina native, Clay Collins brings a deep-rooted understanding of the region's unique real estate markets to every assignment. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University and holds North Carolina Certified Residential Appraiser License #8450, serving clients throughout Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, Madison, and McDowell counties.

When he's not in the field or at his desk, Clay can be found on the trails — an avid runner and hiker who knows these mountains as well on foot as he does on a map. He and his wife enjoy life in the Asheville area alongside their family and their trusty beagle.
