Rooted in facilitating regional philanthropy, the WNC Real Estate Foundation is a supporting organization of the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina (CFWNC) that exists to manage gifts of real property to support donor’s charitable passions and initiatives of CFWNC. Julie Klipp, COO of CFWNC and the Vice President of the WNC Real Estate Foundation and Laura Herndon, VP Development of CFWNC and the President of the WNC Real Estate Foundation will present the various ways that gifts of real property may be the best solution for you and your clients.

 

The Western North Carolina Real Estate Foundation was established in 2007 by CFNWC as a 501(c)(3) supporting organization, governed by a board of directors. CFWNC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 1978 and serving the 18 counties in the far western part of the state, including the Qualla Boundary. The Foundation has granted more than $455 Million since its inception
