• Waiting periods for policy effective dates 
• Assignment of flood policy to new buyer 
• Flood loss history and how to obtain 
• Meeting the Flood Insurance Requirement after receiving FEMA aid
• How all this information pertains to Section “F” in the Disclosure Form 
• How to get a flood insurance quote (without going through an agent)
