Join us for a presentation from the Buncombe County Assessor, Eric Cregger,  on the 2026 reappraisal and property values. This session will cover what the reappraisal means for property owners, provide an overview of available tax relief programs and explain the appeal process for those who have questions or concerns about their property value. Individuals will also have the opportunity to participle in question-and-answer session offering a chance to gain a better understanding of how this reappraisal may impact property owners.
