NC REALTORS® is excited to announce the promotion of Pam Melton to the position of Vice President of Advocacy. Pam, who has played a vital role as the Director of Political & External Communications, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role.

During her impressive three-year tenure in the NC REALTORS® Government Affairs Department, Pam has consistently showcased exceptional dedication, unwavering commitment, and an unparalleled passion for the mission of NC REALTORS®.

In her new role, as Vice President of Advocacy, Pam will spearhead efforts to strategically position NC REALTORS® as the preeminent organization in North Carolina. Pam will take charge of leading and managing the Government Affairs Department, which includes overseeing NC REALTORS® PAC, Neighbors Helping North Carolina, NC Homeowners Alliance, Federal and State Political Coordinators, as well as shared and regional Government Affairs Directors
