Chelsey is passionate about sustainability, education, and community support. She seamlessly integrates these values into her work as she brings boundless enthusiasm to her role as a real estate broker. What inspired her to become a Realtor was the increased awareness around the impact houses have on our health and the environment, and she wanted to find a way to make a positive impact with homeowners. She has a NAR’s Green designation, meaning she’s educated on what makes a house resource-efficient, high-performance, healthy & comfortable, and low-maintenance with low operating costs. She serves on the board of directors for Green Built Alliance, a nonprofit whose mission is to educate, inspire, and partner with others in effort to move Buncombe county towards 100% clean energy. She’s also active on LOTSAR’s affordable housing committee and volunteers at a variety of nonprofit’s. Chelsey is not just a Realtor, she’s a catalyst for positive change in the real estate landscape and local community.
