AI is already in your brokerage. Someone on your team wrote a listing description with it this week, and probably ran a listing photo through a tool while they were at it. Some of that work comes back good. Some comes back generic, and the agent quietly gives up on it. What your brokerage does not have is a shared standard, so the same task gets handled a different way by every agent who touches it, and nobody in leadership can see which way any of it went. This session covers the decisions sitting in front of managing brokers right now: which tasks are low risk, which need tighter control, what happens to confidential client and transaction information, and who reviews AI-assisted work before it reaches a client or the MLS.

The hour opens by finding where AI is already entering the work, because most brokerages have more of it than they think. From there we cover which tools, accounts, and data practices you are willing to approve, how one recurring task becomes a documented SOP your agents will follow, and how to train people so the guidance survives past the first week. Fair housing and the Code of Ethics get real attention. AI writes listing copy by learning from decades of older listing copy, and it will hand back wording that points at a protected class without hesitating. Canopy MLS rules come up too. AI-enhanced and virtually staged images require a visible disclosure on the image itself plus the original photo alongside it, and most agents using photo tools have never read that rule. We work through example listing copy built from fictional listing notes, comparing an informal prompt against a documented process that catches the problem before anything publishes. You leave with a checklist that walks you through each governance decision.
