AI is already being used in your brokerage, usually without anyone deciding it should be. This session helps managing brokers put guardrails around it: which tasks are low risk, which need tighter control, what happens to confidential client and transaction information, and who reviews AI-assisted work before it reaches a client or the MLS. Fair housing gets real attention, because AI tools will produce wording that violates current standards without hesitating, and it does not matter that nobody meant any harm by it.
