NEW ELECTIVE! 

This course provides essential information for all real estate professionals and is specifically designed to fulfill the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) triennial Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements.

*This course alone does not fully satisfy NAR’s Fair Housing training requirement.
To receive Fair Housing credit with NAR, students must also view the Long Island Divided documentary. More information will be provided in class.

Course Price: $50 (LOTSAR Members this course is included in your Membership) Instructor: Matt Allen

*Four (4) CE credit hours NCREC approved elective course.
